PlusOne is a really ambitious WordPress theme by Templatic. PlusOne puts the power of a mini social media site at your finger tips. With this template users can hype a story which is similar to thumbs up or digging content. They can also post their own stories which other users can then hype up. PlusOne also has other social media site integration so visitors can share content on Twitter and like it on Facebook. This theme also comes packed with shortcodes, a gallery, widget support and all the other goodies we have come to expect from themes these days. There are also many design settings allowing you to change fonts, colours, and backgrounds among other things. To submit an article you go through 4 sections, Login or Register, Article Detail, Article Preview and Article Success. The Article Detail step has a slimmed down editor along with category, tag, website and image options. If you are looking to start up a social media site based around content but don’t know where to start then PlusOne is a perfect launching pad.
